Injection Mold Capabilities — Design, Tooling & Production
Complete mold engineering and manufacturing services — from DFM analysis and CAD/CAM/CAE design through precision CNC machining, injection molding production, and comprehensive quality assurance.
Our Services.
Five integrated capabilities — from concept engineering through serial production — all under one roof.
Engineering First Approach
Mold Design & Engineering
Every successful mold program starts with rigorous engineering — not guesswork. Our design phase catches problems before they reach the shop floor, saving weeks of rework and thousands in steel costs.
Our senior engineering team — averaging 15+ years in injection mold design — runs comprehensive DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis on every project. Before a single piece of steel is ordered, we have already modeled the part geometry, identified potential fill issues, optimized gate locations, designed the cooling channel layout, and verified the ejection strategy. Mold flow simulation predicts exactly how the polymer will behave inside the cavity for your specific material grade.
All design data is managed through Teamcenter for full revision control. Your team receives the complete 3D mold design and simulation results for collaborative review and sign-off — because the best time to catch a molding issue is on screen, not during tool tryout.
DFM Analysis Report
Part moldability review, draft angle verification, wall thickness analysis, and undercut assessment — delivered before design lock.
Mold Flow Simulation
Fill pattern prediction, gate optimization, weld-line analysis, and warpage simulation for your specific resin and process parameters.
3D Mold Design Package
Complete 3D solid model of the mold assembly — cavity/core, slider/lifter, ejection, cooling, and hot-runner integration — in your preferred CAD format.
Design Review & Sign-Off
Collaborative review cycle with your engineering team. Full revision history tracked in Teamcenter with complete traceability.
In-House Manufacturing
Precision Tooling & Mold Making
Everything under one roof — CNC 5-axis machining, wire-cut and sinker EDM, surface grinding, and precision polishing. No outsourcing means no delays, no finger-pointing, and full control over every tolerance.
We build single-cavity, multi-cavity, and family molds across the full size spectrum — from compact high-precision connector molds to large-format bumper and door panel tooling weighing several tons. Hot-runner systems are integrated from leading global suppliers including Yudo, Mold-Masters, Husky, and Synventive, specified to match your production material, cycle time targets, and volume requirements.
Tool Steel Selection — Matched to Your Application
Before shipment, every mold undergoes in-house tryout with production-grade material at your specified parameters. T1 samples are dimensionally inspected in our climate-controlled CMM lab, and a complete inspection report is shared for your approval. We don't ship until the mold performs to specification — that's not a slogan, it's our standard procedure.
- DFM & mold flow simulation completed before steel order
- CNC 5-axis roughing + high-speed finishing
- Wire-cut & sinker EDM for tight-tolerance features
- Surface grinding & precision polishing to finish spec
- In-house assembly, fitting, and function testing
- T1 sampling with production-grade material & full CMM report
From Trial Shots to Serial Production
Injection Molding Production
Mold making is only half the story. When you need a turnkey partner who can also run production — from pre-production validation through ongoing serial molding — we deliver, with 80 to 1,600 tons of clamp force capacity and full PPAP Level 3 documentation.
We process the full spectrum of engineering-grade and commodity thermoplastics — ABS, PP, PA6/PA66, PC, POM, PMMA, and high-temperature resins including PEEK, PPS, and PPA. Our production floor is organized for traceability, efficiency, and consistent quality output, with real-time SPC (Statistical Process Control) monitoring critical dimensions throughout every production run.
Secondary capabilities — insert molding, overmolding, pad printing, and sub-assembly — reduce the number of suppliers in your supply chain. In-mold decorating (IMD/IML) and gas-assisted molding for thick-walled structural components can be coordinated through our qualified partner network, giving you a single point of accountability for the complete program.
Insert & Overmolding
Metal-to-plastic insert molding, soft-touch overmolding, and multi-material integration — all within a single production cell.
SPC-Driven Production
Real-time control charts track critical dimensions. Cp/Cpk capability studies included with every automotive production run.
PPAP Level 3 Documentation
PFMEA, control plans, MSA, material certifications, and dimensional reports — standard on every program, not an optional extra.
Turnkey Mold + Production
Mold-only or mold-plus-production packages structured around your supply chain and logistics requirements.
